Upper-room Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation (UVGI System) have decades of use in healthcare settings for reduction of airborne pathogens, including viruses, bacteria and spores. Studies have shown upper room air cleaning to be an ideal location for removing contamination that rides in a cycle of recirculation. However, these systems in the past exposed ultraviolet radiation, creating cumulative exposure effects for people.

The Germzone® Pro adds the additional assurance of mechanical air filtration with an easily changeable filter cartridge available standard. GermZone® systems can be combined with Aerobiotix air monitoring technologies, to ensure optimal environments for care.
Pre-filter Cartridge: Easily replaceable multi-layer pre-filter with MERV 11, activated carbon and copper mesh traps large particulate matter and helps to reduce odors.
Ultraviolet (UV) Technology: The GermZone® Pro utilizes a unique patented photolytic chamber with germicidal UV light to slow, trap, and eliminate pathogens.
